Deliver and support Curam implementations: lead technical workshops, produce functional/technical designs and prototypes, develop and unit test Curam extensions in a J2EE environment, configure application servers and integrations, use Eclipse, and support system operations and troubleshooting.

Lead enterprise procurement for a U.S.-based enterprise software company: own sourcing strategy, supplier negotiations, contracting, supplier performance, and SRM across cloud/SaaS, professional services, and contingent labor. Manage and develop a team of four buyers, partner with cross-functional budget owners, mature P2P and procurement processes, enable procurement systems (ERP/CLM/VMS), and deliver executive reporting on savings, risk, and compliance aligned to healthcare IT requirements.

Provide advanced technical support and escalation for Merge Healthcare imaging products. Troubleshoot complex hardware, OS, network, and application issues; manage inbound/outbound calls; document resolutions in CRM; perform remote maintenance and software upgrades; contribute to knowledgebase; and drive customer satisfaction through timely problem resolution and cross-team escalation.
