Insurance
Leads full-cycle recruiting for complex technical, data, product, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and emerging technology roles. Partners with senior leaders to define hiring strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, assess candidates, advise on offers, and improve recruiting processes. Uses market research, funnel analytics, recruiting technology, automation, and AI tools to guide decisions and enhance candidate experience. Also mentors peers and drives continuous improvement across recruiting practices.
Insurance
Own the AIS product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, metrics, and delivery for insurance services. Partner with engineering, UX, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to launch products, define requirements, manage risks, and improve customer and operational outcomes. The role also develops go-to-market plans, informs decisions through research and data, mentors junior product managers, and aligns product investments with organizational objectives.
