Leads a regional recruiting pod, coaches recruiters, and advises operating-company leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategy. Owns complex full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, structured assessments, hiring-manager coaching, compensation coordination, and onboarding handoffs. Monitors recruiting metrics, resolves bottlenecks, maintains Greenhouse records, and ensures consistent candidate and stakeholder experiences across sales, skilled trades, operations, and leadership roles.

Pursue and close business opportunities within named national accounts, build executive-level relationships, develop strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth and retention. The role manages complex enterprise sales cycles across multi-site organizations, including service agreements, retrofit projects, energy solutions, and capital equipment opportunities. It requires collaboration with customers, manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and internal teams while supporting customer meetings, industry events, and strategic initiatives.
