Support FEMA and federal program financial management by tracking budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting. Partner with project managers to identify risks, recommend corrective actions, build datasets, and provide insights to improve cost, schedule, and process performance.

Lead SLTT sales and business development strategy, build and manage a sales team, govern pipeline/CRM, support capture/proposals, drive revenue and customer retention, manage budgets and reporting, conduct market research, and travel frequently for client work and events.

Work with engineers and project managers on rail and transit civil and track design: prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, perform alignment and structural calculations, assist on site inspections, and develop bridge/rail designs within CAD across construction, bridge, track, planning, and civil assignments.
