Provides regulatory and compliance consulting for qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans. Responsibilities include drafting plan documents and participant disclosures, advising on deferred compensation and health and welfare compliance, supporting IRS and DOL correction programs, conducting legal and regulatory research, and overseeing Employee Benefits Compliance and Research teams. The role requires extensive employee benefits law experience, client advisory skills, public speaking, and the ability to manage complex priorities independently.

Support global corporate governance and entity management across multiple jurisdictions. Prepare governance documents, lead board and shareholder meetings, maintain minute books and databases, manage US state registrations, support audits, M&A and shareholder lifecycle processes, build and audit entity management systems, liaise with stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance and data-privacy record retention, and drive process standardization and improvement.

Supports life and annuity actuarial consulting engagements through financial modeling, valuation, pricing, forecasting, risk management, cash flow testing, asset modeling, and statutory, GAAP, and international reporting. Builds and maintains actuarial models, documents analytical deliverables, communicates results, supports client meetings and business development, and manages multiple projects. The role involves occasional domestic and international travel.
