Designs enterprise and healthcare technology architectures for federal pursuits, primarily supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. Develops proposal narratives, solution concepts, architecture diagrams, modernization roadmaps, implementation strategies, staffing estimates, and technical differentiators. Collaborates with capture, engineering, delivery, pricing, and executive teams on proposals and presentations. Applies expertise in cloud, data, APIs, interoperability, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, AI, and Generative AI while supporting responsible AI practices and federal healthcare requirements.
