Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Mindbody’s unified identity platform across consumer and enterprise SaaS products. Lead authentication, authorization, MFA, permissions, account relationships, identity migrations, and large-scale rollouts. Partner with engineering, design, UX writing, and executives to deliver secure, intuitive IAM experiences, manage cross-product standards, and optimize initiatives through research, experimentation, metrics, and SQL-driven analysis.

Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit. Create platform-specific content, engage business owners and creators, manage customer stories, oversee influencer partnerships, guide employee Reddit participation, and collaborate with AI search teams. Track engagement, sentiment, follower growth, and organic leads to optimize performance.

Creates and refreshes educational B2B content for Mindbody’s Business Education library. Responsibilities include writing new articles, updating existing content, interviewing experts and customers, publishing in Drupal, applying SEO best practices, and analyzing AI search citations to guide future content strategy.
