Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) using methods such as ultrasound, penetrant, and magnetic particle. Must hold or have previously held Level I/II certifications, provide QA documentation, and follow safety and quality protocols. Drives profitable revenue growth and customer retention through strategic account planning, consultative selling, opportunity management, and contract oversight. Manages enterprise-wide relationships across procurement, engineering, quality, operations, and leadership; expands service penetration; tracks revenue, margin, pipeline, and retention KPIs; leads negotiations and escalations; and coordinates commercial commitments with operational capabilities. Requires industry-specific or NDT experience, significant travel, customer-site mobility, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Perform phased array ultrasonic testing inspections as a Level II technician in Richmond, VA, or Monroe, NC. PAUT certification and experience are required, while additional NDT certifications such as UT, MT, PT, RT, and VT are preferred. The role is full-time, offers $60+ per hour depending on experience and certifications, and may involve travel. Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance are available.
