Teams at Mitratech

Own and scale paid digital marketing programs for Mitratech’s HR and workforce compliance SaaS portfolio. Responsibilities include paid search, social, display, retargeting, budgeting, forecasting, AI-driven optimization, A/B testing, conversion optimization, attribution, and performance reporting. The role partners with product marketing, sales, revenue operations, web, and CRO teams to drive qualified pipeline, revenue, and marketing efficiency across the full funnel.

Owns month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, GL schedules, account reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit support. The role also supports M&A integration, technical accounting, policy maintenance, process improvement, internal controls, and ad hoc reporting across a multi-entity structure.

Lead end-to-end AI product work across Mitratech's shared AI platform and customer experiences. Set strategy and roadmap, convert ambiguous problems into shipped, enterprise-grade features, partner with engineering and design, prioritize based on customer feedback, and represent products to senior stakeholders and customers.
