Oversees enterprise-scale cloud and SaaS platforms, Agile and DevOps practices, security, reliability, and technology transformation initiatives including AI adoption. Manages engineering teams through hiring, coaching, performance development, and organizational change. Partners with product, sales, marketing, infrastructure, security, operations, customers, and vendors while managing budgets, ROI analyses, and technology investments.

Drive national sales and account growth for IT cooling equipment, services, and software. Develop strategic customer relationships, pursue new business, manage channel partners, lead proposals and negotiations, forecast revenue, analyze market trends, and represent the company at industry events. The role requires technical knowledge of HVAC, mission-critical infrastructure, power quality, and data center solutions, along with strong commercial, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Develop and validate simulation models, estimate equipment parameters, prepare technical reports and publications, and support cross-divisional and client engagements while applying industry standards and quality processes.

Lead and perform advanced power system studies (steady-state power flow, contingency, interconnection, mitigation). Develop and validate system and dynamic models, analyze IBRs, prepare technical reports, advise on reliability and planning, and engage with customers and regulatory standards to support transmission planning and project delivery.

Lead growth and technical delivery of power system studies for data centers, focusing on T&D planning, interconnection, operations, and equipment application. Oversee load flow, fault, dynamic, and protection studies using PSCAD and PSS/E, assess grid impacts, support projects from concept through implementation, represent the company in industry forums, and drive business development with utilities, developers, and EROs.
