This role develops and executes HR strategies for the Personal Care organization, leads HR functions, enhances employee engagement, and supports organizational growth and transformation through collaboration with management and teams.

The SDET II will develop and maintain automated test frameworks, execute test cases, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality.

Responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions, communicating requirements, and monitoring progress.
