The Senior Manager, DevOps leads the Infrastructure team to manage cloud and on-premises systems, drives automation, ensures operational excellence, and collaborates with stakeholders.

Manage accounts receivable and billing processes for healthcare services: submit and reprocess claims, investigate denials, maintain insurance and EVV records, perform audits, ensure SOX/HIPAA compliance, resolve payer and client inquiries, and support revenue cycle and collections.

Lead strategic relationships with transportation partners to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Use data analytics, dashboards, and cross-functional leadership to identify root causes, optimize operations, reduce costs, and present insights to senior leadership. Manage QBRs/JOCs, develop KPIs, support business cases, and drive project execution to improve member outcomes.
