Implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Cobalt solutions for member-based organizations. Responsibilities include requirements discovery, business analysis, no-code configuration, documentation, quality assurance, data migration, client guidance, and project delivery management. The consultant manages multiple implementations, maintains client relationships, and translates business processes into effective software configurations.

Manage client event projects throughout the full lifecycle, including requirements analysis, software configuration, troubleshooting, training, implementation support, and scope management. Partner with account management and internal teams to monitor client health, identify expansion opportunities, and improve project management processes. The role supports multiple clients simultaneously and requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and technical business analysis skills.

Drive revenue growth across strategic enterprise accounts by managing the full sales cycle, developing account strategies, expanding customer relationships, and pursuing cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, navigate complex buying processes, maintain pipeline and forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and exceed revenue, retention, and expansion targets.
