Responsibilities include requirements elicitation, workflows, user stories, data mappings, prototyping (including AI), facilitating workshops, supporting UAT, backlog prioritization, and driving cross-functional alignment for production readiness and adoption.

Lead and coordinate multiple high-priority, concurrent workstreams to deliver strategic initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business and technology, maintain program plans, drive issue resolution, track OKRs and metrics, run steering committees, develop communications and roadmaps, and contribute to PMO standards and processes to ensure successful program delivery.
