The Lead Solution Manager will define solution vision and intent, work on solution design, execution, and collaborate with technology stakeholders to manage delivery and lead teams.

Supports investment-management operations across client onboarding, trade settlement, portfolio reconciliation, corporate actions, billing, account maintenance, and oversight. Responsibilities include processing transactions, researching and resolving issues, verifying work, maintaining client records, reporting metrics, and communicating with stakeholders. The role requires accuracy, organization, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to manage high data volumes under deadlines. This is a 16-week paid return-to-work program with hybrid Seattle office attendance.
