The Principal Data Engineer will lead development projects, design scalable data pipelines, ensure data quality, and mentor a team of engineers while collaborating with stakeholders.

Support development and maintenance of systematic equity portfolios, perform performance attribution, risk decomposition and back-tests, contribute research and client-facing analysis, and enhance internal Python/R libraries and tools.

Oversees branch-level risk, supervisory, and compliance functions. Monitors regulatory adherence, liaises with Legal/Compliance, coaches staff, supports audits, manages client suitability and people risk, and assists onboarding and investigations.
