Supports, configures, tests, documents, and troubleshoots Epic clinical applications. The analyst gathers workflow and regulatory requirements, assists with system implementation and maintenance, trains and supports customers, collaborates with vendors and technology teams, and participates in application updates, enhancements, and project meetings. Epic certification is required upon hire or within specified post-hire training periods.

Coordinates Mayo Clinic Care Network e-consults and referrals, maintains provider information in Carelink, educates providers and leadership on clinical resources, supports MCCN projects and meetings, and collaborates with Mayo Clinic and internal teams to improve care coordination.

Leads Epic revenue application analysts supporting hospital business applications, including HB claims and remittance workflows. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, workflow analysis, application configuration and build, testing, troubleshooting, implementation, documentation, stakeholder communication, training support, and project status reporting. Requires five years of related experience, application system build experience, healthcare environment experience, and Epic certification or accreditation.
