Provides analytical and strategic support for customer capture, recapture, retention, portfolio growth, and new business acquisition. Develops and optimizes outreach campaigns using lead-management and customer-engagement technologies, analyzes campaign and portfolio data, and delivers recommendations to improve conversion and business performance. Partners cross-functionally, supports risk and regulatory compliance, manages project-related work leadership, and maintains internal control standards.

Leads the enterprise Open Source Program Office by defining governance, licensing, SBOM, software supply-chain, component lifecycle, and InnerSource strategies. Partners with engineering, cybersecurity, legal, risk, architecture, procurement, and platform teams to integrate controls into development workflows, improve transparency, manage dependency risks, and promote trusted reusable components. Establishes metrics, policies, exception processes, and executive reporting while mentoring engineers and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
