Independently underwrite complex specialty lending transactions, evaluate atypical collateral and repayment structures, construct borrowing bases, assess litigation finance and leveraged lending risks, prepare credit presentations, and monitor regulatory developments. The role also mentors junior analysts, supports loan committee decisions, and ensures compliance with banking policies and regulations.

Leads consumer compliance, BSA/AML, fintech partner, and regulatory testing and monitoring programs. Directs testing professionals, reviews results, reports risks and trends to management and board committees, validates issue remediation, coordinates audits and regulatory exams, and advises stakeholders on compliance controls. Requires strong knowledge of consumer compliance laws, leadership, project management, communication, and regulatory testing experience.

Owns Fintech profitability strategy, pricing methodologies, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and client economics. Develops pricing recommendations covering deposits, fees, revenue sharing, and contract terms; evaluates portfolio profitability; presents recommendations to committees and executives; supports negotiations, audits, controls, and regulatory reviews. Partners with Fintech leadership, banking stakeholders, vendors, auditors, and sponsor banks while maintaining profitability reports and forecasts.
