Own the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and tracking commercial agreements. Leads enterprise Lean Six Sigma process improvement, systems governance, application and automation portfolio management, M&A technology due diligence, KPI and EBITDA performance tracking, and continuous improvement training. Maps processes and integrations, facilitates cross-functional governance, evaluates change impacts, develops roadmaps, validates benefits, and coaches Yellow and Green Belts while driving adoption and measurable operational improvements.

Manage key customer accounts and support sales operations, onboarding, quoting, contract negotiations, order processing, forecasting, and fulfillment coordination. Own end-to-end virtualization solution architecture for complex pre-sales opportunities, from discovery and technical workshops through design validation and deal progression. Partner with sales, architects, and practice leaders to develop scalable solutions, BOMs, SOWs, demos, and execution plans. Identify cross-practice opportunities across cloud, networking, security, and platform engineering, support professional services engagements, advise senior clients, escalate technical risks, and mentor solution architects and engineers.

Lead strategy, architecture, and delivery for enterprise storage, virtualization, HCI, DR, and hybrid compute. Drive adoption of consumption-based platforms (HPE GreenLake, Dell APEX), oversee platform lifecycle, define DR and resiliency strategies, set SLAs/KPIs, support pre-sales and client executive engagements, and build high-performing architecture and engineering teams to scale managed services delivery.

Builds and operates Myriad360's AWS managed service offering: incident and service-desk operations, monitoring/observability, automation, runbooks, FinOps reporting, disaster recovery, and AWS MSP Program certification and audit readiness. Hands-on role with a path to lead the managed services team.

Lead and deliver multiple IT and data center projects across the project lifecycle. Manage scope, schedule, budget, P&L, stakeholders, risks, communications, and mentor junior staff. Oversee data center migrations and cloud strategies, ensure project quality and profitability, and follow company PMO methodologies.
