The Director of Revenue Enablement is responsible for developing and executing enablement programs across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Account Management to drive performance aligned with revenue goals.

Own and execute a portfolio of vendor renewal contracts, build and maintain renewal pipeline and forecasts, coordinate with sales/channel operations and manufacturers, generate quotes 30/60/90 days ahead, maximize manufacturer incentives, and support customers via phone and email.

Serve as the strategic partner and primary relationship owner for a portfolio of managed services customers. Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, retention, profitability, and recurring revenue through executive engagement, QBRs, technology roadmaps, risk mitigation, upsell/cross-sell, and cross-functional coordination with delivery, sales, and leadership.
