Own guided full-cycle sales for assigned commercial accounts, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, product presentations, pipeline generation, opportunity advancement, and closing lower-complexity deals. Maintain accurate Salesforce activity and forecast data, collaborate with sales development, solutions engineering, marketing, and partners, and use AI-enabled tools to improve research and productivity. Participate in coaching and training while developing toward broader account executive ownership.

Owns Microsoft alliance operations across partner funding, Marketplace transactions, co-sell workflows, data quality, compliance, reporting, and executive business reviews. Coordinates Sales, Finance, Marketing, Deal Desk, and Microsoft stakeholders while improving processes, automation, funding utilization, transaction efficiency, and operational controls. Builds dashboards and translates partnership data into leadership insights. The role requires hands-on Microsoft partner ecosystem experience and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and commercial operations skills.

Lead complex security investigations across endpoint, identity, cloud, email, SaaS, and network environments. Own incidents through containment, remediation coordination, documentation, and post-incident review. Tune detections, queries, dashboards, workflows, and SOAR playbooks; improve SOC metrics, threat coverage, alert fidelity, and response processes. Partner on vulnerability and cloud-risk remediation, participate in global on-call rotation, use approved AI capabilities responsibly, and mentor analysts.
