The Senior Financial Analyst monitors and communicates expense performance, reviews requisitions, develops financial benchmarks and reports, prepares forecasts and ad hoc analyses, supports accounting close and audits, and implements scalable reporting and cost-reduction processes. The role partners cross-functionally, handles PHI in accordance with HIPAA, and operates independently during temporary maternity leave coverage.

Leads strategy, roadmaps, architecture, and end-to-end delivery for complex clinical and genomic software products. Partners with commercial, engineering, R&D, clinical, operations, quality, and regulatory teams to translate scientific and technical needs into scalable solutions. Owns product backlogs, Agile execution, user validation, risk mitigation, and compliance with FDA design controls, IEC 62304, and HIPAA. Drives consensus through influence, mentors product managers, and applies generative AI to improve product discovery and delivery.

Leads data product engineering across Natera’s data platform, building certified, AI-ready analytics products and self-service experiences. Establishes standards, golden paths, data quality, governance, observability, and measurable delivery practices across domains. Drives AI-native engineering, agentic development, and productivity improvements while hiring and developing engineering teams. Requires hands-on technical leadership across Python, SQL, dbt, Snowflake, AWS, orchestration, and regulated healthcare data environments.
