Manage inbound and outbound communications with prospective students from inquiry through enrollment. Build rapport, guide initial enrollment steps, document interactions in Salesforce, navigate CRM/SIS and other systems, collaborate with team members, and support admissions processes to help students make informed decisions.

Manage design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of custom Workday reports, dashboards, and integrations. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define requirements, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot report issues, perform audits and reconciliations, and support release impact analysis, documentation, and training to drive HR reporting, planning, and compliance across multiple affiliates.

Lead FP&A support for the AVP by delivering KPI reporting, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, ROI and scenario analyses. Partner with enrollment, marketing, academic and operational leaders to build financial models, dashboards, and executive presentations (Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI). Drive margin improvement, resource optimization, grant financial planning, and continuous process improvement to support strategic decision-making and institutional financial sustainability.
