Represents commercial and personal lines insurance clients as lead trial counsel in civil litigation and subrogation matters. Independently manages complex caseloads, develops litigation strategies, evaluates claims, provides case valuations, negotiates, communicates with clients and claims partners, and maintains compliance with applicable laws and procedures. The role also mentors junior attorneys, collaborates with support staff, uses legal technology, and builds professional referral relationships.

Drives underwriting innovation by designing, testing, and implementing new tools, technologies, strategies, and processes. Coordinates projects, manages deadlines and risks, supports user acceptance testing, and collaborates with IT, underwriting, data, product, operations, reinsurance, and vendors. Uses data analytics and machine learning to improve risk assessment, efficiency, and customer experience while ensuring regulatory compliance. Provides training and helps translate innovation concepts into adopted underwriting capabilities.

Conducts complex risk assessments for senior living accounts, focusing on professional liability and abuse exposures. Advises clients on controls, policies, procedures, regulatory compliance, and loss prevention. Develops training and risk-management resources, partners with underwriting and agents, prepares technical reports, and delivers presentations. The role requires strong senior living and insurance risk expertise, client consulting skills, field assessments, and occasional to frequent travel.
