The Sr. Trial Attorney delivers legal services in civil litigation, focusing on insurance defense and trial advocacy. They manage complex cases, maintain client relationships, and mentor junior attorneys, ensuring quality representation and compliance with legal standards.

Represent Nationwide as lead or team trial counsel in property and casualty insurance defense and subrogation matters. Manage a mixed caseload, conduct litigation and trials, provide legal analysis and case valuations, collaborate with claims and support staff, stay current on law and procedure, and travel as needed.

Investigate, evaluate and negotiate management liability and specialty lines claims (E&O, D&O, EPL). Analyze coverage, set reserves, manage claim strategy, coordinate with defense counsel and underwriters, and maintain compliance with regulations and policy changes while delivering strong customer service.
