Provides high-touch business travel consulting and reservation services across air, rail, car rental, hotel, ferry, black car, and charter bookings. Manages client portfolios, applies travel policies, identifies savings, supports online and offline booking tools, maintains service-level agreements, and builds lasting client relationships. The role requires strong business travel knowledge, GDS expertise, exceptional communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Navan and R&M technology.

Supports Account Managers and B2B travel and expense customers by resolving product configuration, integration, payment, policy, and platform issues. Communicates with program administrators, handles escalations, coordinates cross-functional solutions, drives adoption and retention, tracks customer KPIs, provides product feedback, and documents scalable processes.

Manage event travel programs and serve as the primary client liaison across the United States. Support travelers with personalized assistance, booking changes, cancellations, fare information, and issue resolution for hotels, flights, cars, and rail. Coordinate programs from post-sale through final billing, maintain documentation and service-level compliance, support client relationships, and contribute to team initiatives. The role requires travel booking expertise, GDS experience, strong communication, customer service, multitasking, and flexibility for nontraditional shifts.
