Leads enterprise strategy, growth, value-creation, and corporate development initiatives in partnership with the Chief Strategy Officer and senior leaders. Owns complex cross-functional programs, synthesizes market, customer, financial, and operational insights, prepares executive and board materials, evaluates investments and partnerships, and drives strategic recommendations through execution. The role requires strong judgment, communication, stakeholder influence, and comfort operating independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Own the vision, roadmap, strategy, and delivery for NAVEX’s data and analytics portfolio, including Power BI reporting and a unified data model. Lead product managers, drive customer discovery and competitive research, prioritize investments, manage cross-team dependencies, and establish measurable outcomes. Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance to deliver scalable analytics, AI-enabled experiences, successful launches, adoption, retention, and growth.

Own a balanced inbound and outbound SMB sales pipeline, generate new business, qualify opportunities, conduct discovery and demonstrations, engage multiple stakeholders, and close full-cycle B2B sales. The role requires quota ownership, prospecting, pipeline management, accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and adapting sales strategies based on customer feedback. This is a hybrid position requiring collaboration from a local hub three days per week.
