Teams at Neara

Act as a trusted commercial and technical advisor to enterprise utility customers to drive adoption, embed Neara platform usage, define and validate ROI, deliver trainings/workshops, and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales and Deployment teams.

The role focuses on leading editorial efforts to define industry narratives around energy infrastructure, translating regulatory changes into strategic content for executives, and influencing sales and positioning through high-impact communications.

Lead research into grid resilience using public datasets, synthesize policy/market/technical evidence, and produce evidence-led editorial (reports, briefings, blogs) for executives, sales, and press. Partner with leaders to shape strategy, define recurring resilience metrics, inform deals, and act as a trusted spokesperson to media and policymakers.
