Build and deploy production GenAI solutions on Google Cloud, including agentic assistants, RAG pipelines, model integrations, API tools, and multi-agent systems. Evaluate and tune models, develop LLM testing and regression harnesses, ensure solution quality, and convert client-specific implementations into reusable assets. Collaborate with data engineering, AgentOps, forward-deployed engineering, and engagement teams to deliver secure, reliable solutions for higher education and SLED clients.

Owns the technical relationship between Nelnet’s GenAI delivery team and higher education and SLED clients. Leads discovery, scopes AI solutions, translates requirements into delivery backlogs, surfaces compliance and technical risks, validates acceptance criteria, and advises clients on practical AI adoption. Collaborates with engagement managers, cloud engineers, data engineers, and AgentOps teams to ensure solutions are feasible, compliant, and aligned with institutional needs.

Build and maintain Google Cloud data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes supporting GenAI and RAG solutions. Classify and govern sensitive data using Dataplex and Cloud DLP, enforce access controls, assess AI readiness, and design reusable schemas and data models. Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and client teams to integrate legacy systems, monitor pipeline reliability, conduct data quality testing, document data flows, and proactively identify compliance and delivery risks.

Own the end-to-end client success lifecycle for a SaaS platform and consulting services, including onboarding, success planning, engagement, renewals, health monitoring, risk mitigation, executive reviews, platform adoption, and expansion support. Serve as the primary client advocate and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable compliance, security, and business outcomes.

The Senior Product Manager identifies and validates market opportunities, develops product vision and roadmaps, analyzes competitors and win/loss results, manages launches, monitors product KPIs, builds ROI and business plans, and recommends pricing strategies. The role partners with executive stakeholders, engineering, marketing, sales, clients, and product teams to expand revenue, market share, and customer value.

Designs, develops, tests, audits, troubleshoots, and improves scalable software applications for new business initiatives. Owns technical solutions from conception through deployment, works in an Agile environment, mentors engineers, performs code reviews, recommends technology choices, and drives continuous improvement while collaborating with stakeholders.

Lead hands-on application security testing and secure code review across priority apps. Perform SAST/DAST/SCA/container scans and web/API testing, integrate automated checks into CI/CD, coach Security Champions, apply threat modeling and AI-assisted tooling, and produce clear vulnerability reports with remediation guidance to engineering and management.
