The role partners with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external advisors while building scalable, audit-ready processes across international entities.

Owns IBM partner enablement for Neo4j by structuring and adapting sales and technical collateral, developing curricula, and delivering training, workshops, and partner sessions. Collaborates with Product Marketing, Sales, Product, Support, and partner management teams to align enablement with revenue priorities. Tracks training completion, engagement, satisfaction, readiness, coverage, and joint pipeline impact while managing multiple content workstreams and stakeholders.
