The Senior Solutions Engineer partners with sales teams and customers to qualify opportunities, conduct technical discovery, deliver presentations and demonstrations, run proofs of value, and design data and solution architectures. The role advises stakeholders on Neo4j graph technology, integrates solutions with cloud or on-premise environments, supports sales cycles and customer adoption, communicates feedback internally, and participates in conferences and account-based marketing events.

Designs, builds, deploys, and optimizes production AI applications combining graph databases, knowledge graphs, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks. Advises strategic customers, translates business and data challenges into scalable architectures, leads stakeholder engagements, and ensures successful delivery. Develops production code, integrates customer systems, evaluates application performance, and shares expertise through workshops, training, documentation, and thought leadership. Requires deep expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, generative AI, data engineering, graph technologies, and stakeholder management.

Provides legal guidance to product, engineering, security, and go-to-market teams across the product lifecycle. Advises on software licensing, open-source compliance, privacy, data protection, security controls, commercial enablement, regulatory risks, and enterprise software matters. Partners with senior leaders to identify and mitigate legal risks, develop scalable policies and playbooks, support launches, and train technical and non-legal stakeholders in a global SaaS environment.
