Senior HR Business Partner supporting Sales and field-based commercial teams across US and Canada. Provide strategic HR partnership to executive and senior leaders on talent strategy, organization design, succession planning, leadership development, change initiatives, performance management, employee relations, and workforce analytics. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated HR solutions, coach leaders, and improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Drive revenue growth for Neogen9s digital Environmental Monitoring application through digital sales, CRM management, pipeline generation, account expansion, renewals, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Field Sales.

Serve as a Tier III technical escalation resource for software and firmware, troubleshoot complex customer issues, create and maintain knowledgebase and training, validate and document bugs, support release readiness, and train/support internal and international teams.

Manage Agile scrum teams to translate customer and business needs into prioritized backlog, user stories, and high-quality software releases for Neogens Soleris, PPRA, and MDS platforms. Partner with product, engineering, QA, and customer-facing teams to plan, clarify, validate, and launch solutions, maintain product artifacts, and monitor performance and usability.

Lead enterprise-wide QMS strategy, governance, and continuous improvement. Drive harmonization, digital enablement, and regulatory compliance across global sites. Oversee CAPA, change control, document control, deviations, risk management, training, audit readiness, and regulatory inspections while partnering cross-functionally to advance quality system maturity and operational excellence.
