Oversees show builds, system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, live execution, teardown, maintenance, asset management, staffing, and client communication. Supervises engineering crews, coordinates equipment and logistics, resolves complex broadcast and networking issues, supports system upgrades, and completes post-event documentation. Requires extensive travel to live events and advanced expertise across broadcast video, audio, networking, EVS, switching, routing, intercom, and control systems.

Tests revenue controls for design and operating effectiveness, including AI-enabled and automated controls. Maintains control registers, evaluates exceptions and overrides, tracks remediation, identifies root causes, and supports governance reporting. Requires strong financial control, audit, data analysis, sampling, reconciliation, and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to communicate findings and challenge control owners across business units.
