Lead daily technical operations of mobile broadcast units for live productions: oversee setup, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, live support, teardown, crew leadership, scheduling, maintenance, asset management, post-event reporting, and client communication to ensure show readiness and NEP standards.

Lead revenue growth for Specialty Capture products (RF, robotics, specialty cameras). Own targets, pursue and close complex technical sales across sports, broadcast and live events. Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, develop pricing and proposals, partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions, coach sales team, and represent NEP at industry events. Frequent customer visits and extensive travel required.

Lead AV systems integration projects from award to handover, managing scope, budget, schedule, contracts, documentation, risks, on-site delivery, commissioning and client sign-off while coordinating engineering, procurement, installation and service teams.
