Provide administrative and operational support to the Sage X3/500 sales team: maintain CRM records, prepare quotes and orders, validate pricing and documentation, manage contracts and e-signatures, track order status, coordinate internal teams, support month/quarter-end activities, and identify process improvements to increase sales administration efficiency.

Implement, configure, and support client networking and systems for an MSP environment. Provide level-2 technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software (Mac and Windows), manage backups, EDR remediation, RMM tasks, and update client documentation. Participate in projects, maintain certifications, meet KPIs (MTTR, CSAT, utilization, SLA), and perform occasional onsite work and after-hours support.

Serve as a strategic technology advisor for a portfolio of Managed Services clients: develop multi-year technology roadmaps, lead executive reviews, advise on cloud strategy (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365), cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, governance, and lifecycle planning. Partner with internal teams to align technology with business goals, measure KPIs, conduct health and maturity assessments, and guide digital transformation and budgeting decisions.
