Own end-to-end commercial renewals for transactional and mid-market customers: quotes, uplift, negotiation, signed orders. Build repeatable renewal processes, improve forecast accuracy, automate admin work, generate quotes/order forms, and keep CRM and CS platform data clean. Co-lead enterprise renewals with CSMs and drive metrics like gross revenue retention, uplift, on-time renewals, and reduced CSM admin time.

Own end-to-end delivery of company-critical cross-team programs: manage dependencies, surface risks, align Engineering and Product, improve predictability, and provide program visibility to leadership.

Own end-to-end B2B demand generation, including integrated campaigns, ABM, email nurture, organic social, website initiatives, conversion optimization, and performance reporting. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, agencies, design, and product teams to generate measurable pipeline. The role requires strategic planning, hands-on execution, data-driven optimization, strong writing, and management of multiple concurrent programs, with emphasis on SaaS, technical audiences, open source, and product-led growth.
