Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and success metrics for network observability products across cloud and enterprise deployments. Serve as the subject matter expert on network telemetry and observability, prototype solutions, engage customers, support technical pre-sales, and enable go-to-market teams. Partner with engineering, customer success, discovery, and assurance teams to deliver products that help operators detect and resolve network issues.

Lead and grow the Americas Customer Success team, coaching CSMs, establishing scalable playbooks and operating cadences, improving adoption and customer health, identifying expansion opportunities, and partnering with Sales, Renewals, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product. The role combines people leadership with hands-on management of strategic customer relationships and requires technical fluency in network automation or infrastructure tooling.

Own and evolve AWS infrastructure powering a multi-tenant SaaS platform, including EKS, VPC, IAM, RDS, Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD. Lead infrastructure projects, improve reliability and developer self-service, manage SLOs, reduce toil, support SOC 2 compliance, mentor engineers, and participate in incident response. Collaborate with Product teams on reliable customer launches and use observability tools to monitor platform performance.
