Implements and launches managed services for clients by documenting current and future processes, configuring and testing workflows, performing outsourced operational work, and preparing service documentation. Coordinates project tasks, resources, systems, and access while advising clients and internal teams on licensing, tax, and short-term rental services. Supports onboarding, manages multiple engagements, communicates with stakeholders, and transitions live services to ongoing delivery and support teams.

Configure, test, document, and implement software solutions for government-sector clients. Analyze business processes and requirements, prepare functional and instructional documentation, coordinate project tasks and resources, support customer onboarding, conduct training, and ensure successful client launches. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, IT, Solutions, Support, and Client Success teams while managing multiple client engagements and handoffs to post-launch support.

Provides broad in-house legal support across commercial and government contracts, privacy and cybersecurity, employment, procurement, disputes, compliance, and corporate operations. Advises business stakeholders, drafts legal documents and policies, coordinates outside counsel, manages legal risks, and develops standardized templates, playbooks, workflows, and reporting. The role supports post-merger integration and process scaling in a high-growth, PE-backed GovTech environment.
