Develops and manages a multi-state heavy truck sales territory, retaining and expanding existing accounts while winning conquest business. Builds client relationships, identifies opportunities, conducts consultative solution selling, negotiates and closes deals, forecasts sales, and achieves revenue quotas. Partners with internal teams and channel partners through sales and implementation. Requires extensive travel throughout WA, OR, MT, ID, and AK, including overnight travel.

Manages dealership client success by driving adoption and utilization of CDK products, increasing customer value, reducing churn, and identifying revenue opportunities with Sales. Provides product guidance, training strategies, risk mitigation, reporting, presentations, and support resource direction. Maintains dealership relationships, retains at-risk clients, documents engagements in Totango, and travels up to 50% while driving up to 25%.

Leads planning, coordination, execution, governance, reporting, risk management, resource allocation, and process improvement for strategic programs. Partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Operations, and other stakeholders to deliver initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Tracks schedules, performance metrics, budgets, dependencies, and risks while facilitating communication, meetings, status reporting, and post-program reviews.
