Manage end-to-end Accounting standardization projects for CDK Virtual Services: clean and update charts of accounts, maintain financial statements and MIS reports, act as accounting SME, create SOWs, manage customer expectations, coordinate cross-functional teams, update Virtual Biller files, and maintain Salesforce project documentation. Some evening/weekend work required.

Support sales and customer success as Data & Fortellis SME; engage dealers/OEMs/ISVs to gather requirements, document workflows, deliver technical demos and proposals, manage Salesforce opportunities, migrate dealers to modern offerings (APIs, Snowflake Sharing), and transition post-sale to services. Collaborate with product, marketing, and client services; perform market research and drive internal governance approvals. Occasional travel (<10%).

Support customer adoption by delivering foundational product guidance, basic training, and documentation. Partner with CSM/CSS to meet utilization benchmarks, escalate blockers, prepare reports, and coordinate internal resources. Travel to dealerships up to 25% and maintain product and industry knowledge to improve client outcomes.
