Leads customer experience and retention operations within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Oversees vendor relationships, Veeva Vault promotional submissions, MLR workflows, reporting, data validation, process improvement, and cross-functional execution. Translates complex vendor data into actionable insights, resolves operational issues, improves scalable workflows, and supports commercial, marketing, customer experience, analytics, and compliance teams.

Develops and executes organic social media strategies for enterprise brands across major social platforms. Collaborates with brand, medical affairs, paid media, analytics, creative, IT, and agency teams; guides content through pharmaceutical MLR and FDA compliance reviews; analyzes audience and channel performance; creates leadership reporting; and maintains social media best practices and strategy playbooks.

Own end-to-end UX and visual design for enterprise search experiences, including user flows, interaction patterns, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI. Contribute search components and guidelines to shared design systems, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and ensure usability, feasibility, and design integrity across digital platforms. The role requires expertise in UX, information architecture, visual design, enterprise design systems, and implementation collaboration.
