Design and implement datacenter and cloud infrastructure solutions including hypervisors, networking, storage, and BCDR. Scope migrations to Azure/AWS, produce SOWs/BOMs, recommend architectures, oversee deployments, document designs, and train field engineers.

Support development and maintenance of web applications across frontend and backend. Work with Java and Angular or React, build UI components, consume/create REST APIs, write clean code, fix bugs, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies while learning from senior developers.

Lead and coach three Agile teams to improve collaboration, predictability, and delivery. Facilitate outcomes-focused ceremonies, remove impediments, address team behavior, partner with stakeholders, and leverage AI and modern tools to boost coaching, decision-making, and team effectiveness.
