Provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner and onsite Service Leader. Serve as first point of contact for agents and clients, handle phone and visitor interactions, coordinate accounts payable/receivable and purchase card reconciliation, manage mail and deliveries, assist with facility and local network issues, support agent onboarding, schedule meetings and conference rooms, prepare reports, and perform fingerprinting for candidates.
