Lead and scale Newmark’s global Workplace Experience program within Facilities Management and Occupier Solutions. Develop hospitality-led service models, operating standards, playbooks, staffing approaches, training, KPIs, reporting, and technology strategies. Advise clients, support account growth, oversee complex implementations, and drive consistent service delivery across multi-site programs. Partner with FM, client care, technology, data, business development, and regional teams to improve employee, occupant, and client experiences.

Lead workplace strategy and asset optimization across the West Coast, advising clients on hybrid work, AI-enabled workplaces, utilization and occupancy modeling, designing executive workshops, translating insights into strategy and change roadmaps, building multidisciplinary teams, and supporting business development and regional project financials.

Manages a portfolio of transitional commercial real estate loans through asset surveillance, underwriting, collateral valuation, covenant testing, draw approval, lease analysis, and quarterly and annual reviews. Coordinates with servicers, borrowers, lenders, and construction consultants; prepares credit committee materials; presents findings to portfolio leadership; and mentors junior staff. The role requires commercial real estate finance expertise, DCF analysis, Argus, and Excel proficiency.

Supports the firm's compliance and governance framework for mortgage lending and servicing operations. Oversees policies, regulatory and investor deliverables, audits, certifications, reporting, licensing requirements, document governance, insurance compliance, wire audits, and remediation. Manages the GST team, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures compliance with federal, state, municipal, GSE, HUD, Ginnie Mae, and corporate requirements.

Manages commercial real estate purchase, sale, lease, renewal, sublease, and termination transactions. Coordinates clients, brokers, landlords, internal business units, and service providers; oversees transaction milestones, documentation, financial analyses, negotiations, reporting, commissions, and project closeout. Supports corporate real estate portfolio strategy and serves as a primary liaison for transaction-related inquiries and administrative matters.

Develop and articulate tailored occupier solutions for major pursuits, support proposal and RFP development, align cross-functional teams, translate client needs into scalable solution frameworks, participate in pursuit strategy and client meetings, and leverage market intelligence and AI tools to enhance proposal quality and speed.
