Supports commercial real estate investment sales underwriting by building discounted cash flow models, analyzing due diligence materials, validating financial assumptions, and preparing valuation, proposal, offering memorandum, and market analyses. Partners with brokers, clients, finance leadership, and regional analysts on institutional transactions. Requires strong quantitative, organizational, communication, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Lead workplace strategy and asset optimization across the West Coast, advising clients on hybrid work, AI-enabled workplaces, utilization and occupancy modeling, designing executive workshops, translating insights into strategy and change roadmaps, building multidisciplinary teams, and supporting business development and regional project financials.

Underwrites complex multifamily commercial real estate loans using Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines. Performs financial, market, economic, demographic, and property analysis; prepares loan approval packages; presents findings to credit committees; collaborates with originators, senior credit teams, closing departments, and agency investors; maintains client relationships; and conducts property inspections as needed.

Performs financial analysis and monitors property and borrower financial conditions for elevated-risk situations. Reviews financial statements, maintains databases and reports, supports compliance processing, reports findings to investors and management, escalates risk indicators, recommends problem-loan transfers, and monitors compliance with loan documents. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills, plus a relevant bachelor’s degree and 10–20% travel.

Leads category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier management for facilities and project management spend. Develops preferred supplier programs, conducts spend analyses, supports business development and RFPs, negotiates supplier agreements, presents to executives and clients, and drives procurement targets. Collaborates with procurement, finance, facilities, property management, and suppliers to implement roadmaps, expand program coverage, and improve sourcing practices. Initially an individual contributor, the role will eventually hire and manage Category Managers.

Lead and deliver office and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion. Oversee architects, engineers, contractors and relocation/furniture vendors; manage budgets, schedules, scope changes, compliance, and stakeholder communications; coordinate across facilities, IS, security and building trades; act as primary client contact.

Manages commercial and residential real estate escrow transactions from contract execution through closing. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and title commitments, preparing closing documents and settlement statements, clearing title requirements, coordinating transaction parties, managing and disbursing escrow funds, conducting closings, ensuring regulatory compliance, recording documents, issuing title policies, and resolving closing issues.

Supports the firm's compliance and governance framework for mortgage lending and servicing operations. Oversees policies, regulatory and investor deliverables, audits, certifications, reporting, licensing requirements, document governance, insurance compliance, wire audits, and remediation. Manages the GST team, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures compliance with federal, state, municipal, GSE, HUD, Ginnie Mae, and corporate requirements.
