Evolve NexHealth’s visual identity and design system, translate complex healthcare infrastructure into clear visual storytelling, and create customer-facing assets that support product launches and growth. Partner with marketing, product, leadership, and sales teams while managing multiple fast-moving projects and maintaining high standards for quality, clarity, and consistency.

Own revenue accounting and the end-to-end Order-to-Cash function, including ASC 606 policy, billing, collections, sales tax, revenue reporting, journal entries, and auditor relationships. Lead the Chargebee-to-Stripe migration, partner on CPQ and pricing governance, review contracts, ensure data integrity across Salesforce, Stripe, and Snowflake, and coach the billing and reporting team.

Own financial modeling for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; analyze pipeline, quota, revenue, and unit economics; partner with business leaders; build executive dashboards; support close and variance analysis; improve finance processes; and contribute to M&A, valuation, fundraising, due diligence, and investor materials.

Manage relationships with enterprise customers to ensure success and retention. Responsibilities include risk identification, executing renewal strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally.

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage full-cycle sales for top-tier Enterprise accounts, partner with SDR and Marketing, and craft tailored engagement strategies. They will focus on complex sales processes and drive revenue growth.

Manage a named portfolio of API-integrated healthcare customers to drive expansion revenue. Act as primary technical and commercial contact, identify upsell/cross-sell and multi-location growth, run business reviews, coordinate with engineering and sales, maintain CRM and forecasts, and resolve technical blockers to maximize net revenue retention.
