Own end-to-end product design across NexHealth’s healthcare platform, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, final UI, and scalable design systems. Partner equally with product managers and engineers to shape product scope, technical implementation, architecture, and priorities. Champion simplicity, accessibility, clarity, and reduced user friction while leading strategic design initiatives in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

Own end-to-end product execution across SaaS, APIs, payments, and infrastructure. Conduct weekly user engagement, develop and prioritize roadmaps, partner with Design and Engineering, support go-to-market launches, manage product metrics, and deliver exceptional user experiences across backend and UI layers. The role requires simplifying complex product areas, accelerating cross-functional execution, and operating with strong ownership in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
