Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, conducting discovery, presenting performance-marketing solutions, negotiating contracts, launching initial campaigns, monitoring results, scaling customer spend, forecasting pipeline, and developing category expertise. The role requires consultative, data-driven selling and ongoing account ownership in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Serve as a strategic partner and trusted extension of the CEO by managing complex calendars, access, domestic and international travel, briefings, meeting materials, stakeholder relationships, board presentations, executive communications, and personal logistics. The role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, initiative, adaptability, and availability across time zones and outside standard hours.

Lead product-focused copywriting across product interfaces, email, help content, and ecommerce merchandising. Link messaging to business metrics, build scalable creative operations and workflows, optimize SEO and conversions, and adapt copy for white-labeled partner integrations while collaborating with UX, product, sales, and customer success teams.
