Own end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, operating models, cash flow projections, budget reviews, reporting, and Board materials. Lead finance automation by replacing spreadsheet workflows with system integrations, improving ledger structure, and evaluating finance tools. Conduct cohort, retention, unit economics, and sales payback analysis, using SQL to query and reconcile production data. Translate analysis into recommendations for executives and investors while independently building the finance function.

Own daily accounting operations, including AP and AR processing, journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit preparation. The Staff Accountant will support accurate financial reporting, maintain organized records, and help transition accounting functions in-house while improving scalable finance workflows.

Serve as a strategic partner and trusted extension of the CEO by managing complex calendars, access, domestic and international travel, briefings, meeting materials, stakeholder relationships, board presentations, executive communications, and personal logistics. The role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, initiative, adaptability, and availability across time zones and outside standard hours.
