Develop and execute product marketing strategies for Nintex’s partner ecosystem. Responsibilities include partner messaging and positioning, go-to-market planning, sales enablement, product training, partner communications, portal management, market research, feedback gathering, cross-functional collaboration, and performance reporting. The role requires 5–7 years of product marketing experience, including 2–3 years in partner or channel marketing within a SaaS environment.

Provides hands-on HR support for AMER employees and managers, managing employee lifecycle activities, onboarding, policies, leave and benefits, accommodations, employee relations support, immigration coordination, payroll inputs, HR queries, learning programs, and people initiatives. The role maintains HR records and resources, supports regional compliance, coordinates with legal and immigration advisors, and escalates complex or high-risk matters to HR leadership.

Leads financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, headcount planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Partners with business leaders to support decisions, identify risks and opportunities, improve reporting processes, and automate recurring analyses. Requires strong financial modeling, stakeholder communication, and business partnering skills, with opportunities to mentor junior analysts.
