Owns the weekly S&OE forum, events readiness, risk cadence, and urgent disruption response for supply chain operations. Identifies cross-functional network impacts, drives mitigation workstreams, assigns accountability, escalates stalled actions, and facilitates senior-level decisions. Partners with operations, transportation, planning, stores, finance, and HR while developing governance frameworks and maturing execution-planning processes.

Design and build production AI infrastructure that automates financial reporting, reconciliation, variance analysis, and narrative generation. Develop AI agents, data pipelines, retrieval systems, and workflow orchestration with strong reliability, auditability, governance, and human review controls. Partner with Finance, Data Platform, Security, Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams; establish applied AI standards; evaluate tooling and models; mentor engineers; and translate between technical and financial requirements.

Supports Nordstrom’s Legal team by conducting compliance assessments, risk reviews, regulatory research, transactional testing, reporting, remediation, and control evaluations. Advises Marketing, Payments, and Food and Beverage stakeholders on consumer compliance requirements, monitors regulatory changes, reviews communications and policies, supports training, and strengthens compliance program operations. The role partners across three lines of defense and uses AI tools to improve research, analysis, and documentation.
