Leads data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics teams; oversees data pipelines, integration infrastructure, database architecture, CI/CD practices, and enterprise data platform strategy. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, improve data capabilities, maintain Ubuntu-based services, and deliver reporting and KPIs to leadership. Responsible for team hiring, development, mentoring, operational health, and technical execution across analytics and data integration platforms.

Support and evolve development, production, and non-production infrastructure. Maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, automate operational tasks with Python and Bash, manage cloud and virtualized environments, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, support vulnerability remediation using Tenable Nessus and Wiz, and maintain technical documentation in Jira and Confluence.

Remote Account Executive responsible for generating new business through self-sourced prospecting, high-volume cold calling, merchant statement analysis, referral partnerships, and closing payment processing deals. The role requires managing a sales pipeline, collecting underwriting documentation, explaining merchant pricing and fees, using CRM and collaboration tools, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
