Lead strategic, cross-functional programs from conception through execution to optimize operations. Design scalable workflows, remove bottlenecks, track metrics, manage risks, and align customer-facing and technical teams to ensure initiatives meet objectives.

Design and prototype web and mobile hospitality products. Create UX patterns, user research, personas, workflows, and high-fidelity prototypes. Collaborate with Product and Engineering, review UI assets, participate in QA for UX, and present work to leadership while contributing UX copy and design documentation.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for developer-focused fintech/payments features. Translate strategy into technical requirements, manage backlogs and roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, drive data-informed prioritization, and ensure quality and compliance through Agile practices and Jira.
