Classifies defense-industry parts and products under HTS and Schedule B, documents classification rationales, and supports import/export compliance. Coordinates with engineers and stakeholders, maintains compliance records, supports audits, post-entry reviews, FTZ activities, reporting, training, and special projects. Provides expert guidance on international trade compliance and helps improve operational efficiency.

Assess internal computing environments for compliance with DoD/industry cybersecurity standards (NIST SP 800-171/800-53, CMMC, DFARS). Perform security control assessments, develop documentation and artifacts for third-party readiness, identify gaps/trends, and collaborate with CISO assessment teams. Domestic travel up to 25%.

Support and administer Solumina MES integrations and related systems: manage servers, deployments, integrations (ERP, timekeeping), troubleshoot code, develop standards and governance, produce documentation, support on-call rotation and site installations, and coordinate with stakeholders to implement reliable MES solutions.

Support and optimize SAP S/4 Procure-to-Pay and Accounts Payable processes, including OpenText VIM/OCR. Provide lifecycle implementation and production support, troubleshoot integrations and authorization issues, develop/tests changes, assist month-end accruals and audits, and drive process improvements and documentation. Act as liaison between business and technical teams and provide on-call/after-hours support as needed.

Lead and support design, deployment, administration, and Tier-2/3 support of AWS and hybrid-cloud systems. Maintain Linux/Windows servers, IP networking, automate operations with IaC/configuration management, produce documentation, and troubleshoot mission-critical infrastructure in a secured, fast-paced environment.

Lead category management for raw materials, composites, or standard hardware: develop and execute sourcing strategies, perform market and cost analyses, prepare PRB and bid packages, negotiate and administer contracts, establish strategic supplier agreements, identify and mitigate supply-chain risk, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost-effective, resilient sourcing.

Lead regulatory compliance for global supply chain commercial determinations: audit documentation for FAR/DFARS adherence, support CPSR audits, advise stakeholders, use ERP systems (SAP/Costpoint) and MS Office, manage priorities and deadlines, and maintain procurement regulation knowledge.
