Leads enterprise skills-based talent development and governance, including skills taxonomies, proficiency models, job architecture integration, workforce transformation roadmaps, stakeholder engagement, change management, and people analytics. Partners with HR, business leaders, and centers of excellence to establish scalable development pathways, support internal mobility, and embed skills practices into platforms such as Workday and Eightfold. This remote role requires significant experience leading talent transformation in complex, matrixed organizations.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to directors and program leaders, including calendar and meeting management, travel coordination, expense reporting, visitor and clearance coordination, office operations, briefing preparation, facility support, and employee onboarding. The role requires coordination across multiple organizations and time zones, active Secret clearance, Special Program Access eligibility, onsite work in an SCI access area, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Leads architecture and engineering for approximately 190 enterprise platforms and applications supporting major business functions. Owns technical strategy, architecture, integrations, reliability, cybersecurity, lifecycle planning, modernization, and portfolio rationalization. Establishes engineering standards, metrics, testing practices, and governance; leads technical and design reviews; partners with executives and business stakeholders; and mentors architects and engineers across the organization.
