Supports proposal and business management applications by coordinating application projects, process improvements, troubleshooting, data integrity, metrics, documentation, user feedback, and release communications. Serves as a liaison between business users and technical teams in an Agile environment while maintaining process flows, standard work, and application guidance.

Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and maintain applications and utilities supporting pricing, estimating, and contract execution teams. Engage internal customers to define requirements, collaborate with development teams, and apply software development standards and best practices. The role requires web application development using C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, with opportunities to work with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and RESTful APIs.

Manages major subcontractors and supplier performance across program lifecycles. Leads supplier strategy, solicitations, negotiations, compliance, production oversight, scheduling, budgets, earned value management, risk mitigation, change management, and executive/customer reporting. Coordinates cross-functional Supplier Management Teams and ensures supplier commitments, manufacturing performance, and recovery plans support program objectives.
