Lead the Banana Program across Amazon locations by overseeing daily operations, stakeholder partnerships, inventory and supply chain logistics, reporting, customer experience, events, training, and process improvements. Manage and develop teams across multiple locations, monitor KPIs and service levels, resolve escalations, support budgeting and proposals, and scale community engagement programs while maintaining operational standards and inclusive workplace experiences.

Partners with blind or low-vision technology professionals to identify and address workplace barriers. Provides sighted guidance, visual descriptions, accessible document remediation, administrative support, presentation assistance, and confidential file management. The role anticipates employee needs, supports digital and physical accessibility, and develops expertise through ongoing education, research, workshops, and professional networking.

Supports daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, cash receipts, invoicing, payment processing, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end activities. Maintains accurate financial records, documentation, and internal controls while researching discrepancies and recommending process improvements. This temporary hybrid role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, organization, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
