Manage monthly and quarterly close activities including AR/AP, payroll, fixed assets, reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries. Process semi-monthly payroll, invoice customers, support tax and compliance filings, prepare audit schedules, document controls, improve and automate finance processes, prepare management reporting and variance analysis, and support revenue recognition and finance systems.

Lead end-to-end UX design for scalable collaborative online learning products. Own projects from problem exploration to implementation, produce production-ready mocks, conduct user research and testing, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and contribute to product strategy and design system evolution.

Own and build NovoEds demand generation engine across inbound, outbound, brand, and emerging channels. Set strategy, own pipeline targets and attribution, manage Growth Managers (SDRs), scale content and inbound, drive brand and thought leadership, and partner with RevOps on martech, reporting, and lead lifecycle to optimize pipeline contribution.
